14 Reels bought 'SVSC' Overseas Rights

'Sitamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu' is getting hotter among the business circles now. Multi starer combination of Mahesh Babu and Venkatesh for this film is rising expectations over the film. The perfect track record of producer Dil Raju too is one of the reasons for Sitamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’s craze.

Overseas rights of Sitamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu were bought by 14 Reels Entertainments, who earlier produced films like 'Namo Venkatesha..' and 'Dookudu' for a whopping price. It is said that they paid the highest amount for the film in this region. The amount for which they bought this movie is greater than any other biggest hit in this area it seems.

This shows the confidence of distributors in this movie. Samantha and Anjali are acting as the female leads and Mickey J Meyer composing the music for this movie. Srikanth Addala is the director.

Casting problems for Rana

Daggubati Rana is just 2 films old in Telugu but had gained enough popularity as the scion of Daggubati family and his Bollywood stint. While Rana is trying hard to get his first major success at box office, Rana’s directors are finding it extremely hard to find actress to act along his side since Rana is the tallest hero in Tollywood with hefty personality. The problem is so severe that Rana’s upcoming movie ‘Krishnum Vande Jagad guru’ is shooting the scenes with out heroine even after one month of shooting. While director Krish is keen on casting a new comer for the role, Looks like things are not going his favour.

Change in Dhammu audio and movie release dates

Here is a bad news for Nandamuri fans! There is a minor change in the dates of audio and movie release of NTR’s upcoming movie ‘Dhammu’. The audio of the movie which was supposed to release on 23rd of this month was postponed to 29th. However, the venue, Silpa Kala Vedhika remains the same. Also the movie which was supposed to release on April 19th will see the light on April 29th. While the reasons behind the postponement are not known, the makers are confident that the movie will do tremendously well.

Trisha and Karthika are playing the female leads in the movie which has Tarak acting in dual roles. Simha fame Boyapati Srinu is directing the movie Alexander Vallabha is producing it on Creative Commercials banner. MM Keeravani is rendering the music.

Young Tiger's 'Baadshah' To Begin

Young tiger Junior NTR has not been taking a break and is working nonstop. While he has reached the final stages of his new movie 'Dammu' here is another update. It is heard that Junior's next project 'Baadshah' would be launched by March 18th. This would be directed by the jackpot hit director Srinu Vaitla.

The producer for this is Ganesh Babu and buzz is that the saucy seductress Kajal Agarwal is the leading lady. It is heard that only VVIPs have been invited for the grand launch and mostly Nandamuri Balakrishna would be the chief guest. This is slated to be a high voltage action entertainer.

The trio of Kona Venkat, Gopi Mohan and S S Thaman of 'Dookudu' fame would be teaming up once again for this project. The regular shooting will commence from April and it is heard that one schedule has been planned in Seoul, South Korea. This should be an interesting treat folks!!

Everybody wants to follow this hot lady

Vidya Balan has shown the way and many seem to be following to take up challenging and women oriented roles. Kareena Kapoor, who is playing title role in Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine says 'it is good to play this role which has many mood swings.'

Vidya Balan shot into the top league with The Dirty Picture and won all the best actress awards on offer. Of late in Tollywood there were films with women carrying out the show, but now the market has gone into the hands of hero worshipers and directors who write punch lines and demean women.

Not a single Telugu girl is in the lead role after Osey Ramulamma is a historic character and after Vijayashanti and the death of Soundarya all the present day films need is a good looking girl to run around the boy with the minimum possible dress and such people are plenty. Top actors, producers and directors are busy launching and trying to establish their kin at any cost, so where does the question of a Telugu girl standing up and running the show?

Nag's fans are very much delighted to hear that the grandfather the father and the son are acting together in a same movie.

RGV shuts critics' mouth with photos!!

The eccentric genius Ram Gopal Varma is often criticized for his periodic announcements about films and not taking off even one. Some has already discarded him as a worthless moviemaker who only talks and tries to bank on publicity than coming up with some really content driven and intense movies.

Well, as usual, Ramu has surprised everyone once again and shut the mouths of his critics. Recently, Ramu made an announcement that he would be coming up with a film titled 'Andam' starring the towering hunk Daggubati Rana and the half-Brazilian bombshell Nathalia Kaur. Many shrugged it off as a usual time pass statement by Ramu.

But now, he has released the stills of Rana and Nathalia which has created a strong sensation. Not stopping at that, Ramu has reportedly mentioned that the film will be shot in the most richest locations ever seen by Indian audience and added that the entire shoot will be taking place in foreign locations. That's RGV for you folks!!

Power star avoids Allu Arjun !

The talk about split in mega family is gaining heat by the day. Pawan Kalyan bunking the audio event of Racha and the covering that Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan gave for it only proved the gossips right. Here is another instance where Pawan Kalyan deliberately avoided meeting his nephew Allu Arjun, when he attended the movie launch of Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu.

Allu Arjun was present at the CMGR launch, but Power star didn't bother to meet or greet him. Arjun was not seen in the photos where Pawan Kalyan was present. Media was not invited to this event and only selected photos were sent to the publications along with a press note about the launch. One of the photos has Allu Arjun stepping out of his car. Other than that he was not seen in any other pictures.

It's been a while since Chiranjeevi and Charan attended Pawan's movie events. Allu Arjun is playing a clever game in staying away from PK. You should have heard of his 'cock and bull' story about being struck in traffic jam, the reason he told for not attending Panjaa audio launch. Now either he should have arrived late to the CMGR launch or Pawan might have avoided meeting him despite his attendance. Whatever maybe the reason the split in mega family is being exposed with every mega event.

Pawan's Heroine Wardrobe Malfunction

Miss India pageant winner sarah jane dias, heroine of Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Panjaa’ had to brave through a wardrobe malfunction scene for her upcoming film Balaji’s ‘Kya Super Kool Hai Hum,’ a sequel to ‘Kya Kool Hai Hum.’ Although she has been normal to exposing her modeling days, now she has to revisit her past days.

As per a production source, ‘Sarah initially had her reservations while shooting the scene since it was a sensitive subject especially since she has an extensive background in modeling. However she handled it like a thorough professional and shot the scene with utmost grace.’ On the brighter side, Sarah sported the same Hemant Trivedi gown she won the pageant in. ‘Kya Super Kool Hai Hum’ is scheduled to release August 2012.
